1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or purchasing from SteadyGlade Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Upon payment, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access purchased modules for personal or team use, as applicable.

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if less than 30% of the module is completed. To request, contact support.

All content, including text, course materials, and downloadable assets, is owned by SteadyGlade Studio or licensors. Do not redistribute or resell.

Do not misuse the service, reverse-engineer access controls, infringe IP, or engage in unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts for violations.

We provide educational content “as is.” We make no guarantees of specific business outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteadyGlade Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may modify modules, features, or pricing. Material changes will be announced in advance when reasonable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
